Unlike them I build a connection with each of my machine ensuring everything is running smoothly and By the way I definitely include a Brand new sponge bar and needle position indicator as a goodwill gesture for my clients. I also give 1 year Return to Base Warranty, which means for next 12 months if a fault develops (which is not caused by user’s negligence) then I will repair it free of charge.
